SNCL Development Division
The SNCL is looking to introduce a development division for 2017.
The division will sit below N and will have the sole purpose of developing juniors.
There will be no promotion, as individuals should move up through their own club (3rd to 2nd etc).
The rules are still be discussed but we would appreciate your feedback in this form.
